Self Improvement

In this special and long-gestating episode, Sam and Chris attempt to improve their lives in a variety of ways, from the daft, sweaty, vague and unmeasurable to the more meditative, mental and meaningful.

Sam reads some books whilst Chris concentrates on particular words. Sam attempts to improve his skateboarding and Chris tries yoga for the first time. Sam seeks to improve his job prospects and Chris invests in some fabric conditioner.

It gets a bit personal and everyone gets a bit happier and healthier.
